NEW YORK, NY -- Newsmax reports that Fox News employees are allowed to use bathrooms that align with their gender identity, according to leaked accounts. The policy, which was reportedly implemented in 2019, allows employees to use the bathroom that corresponds with their gender identity, regardless of their biological sex.
Newsmax host Rick Leventhal reacted to the report, saying, "I kind of think Roger Ailes is rolling over in his grave right now." Ailes, the late founder of Fox News, was a staunch conservative who was known for his opposition to same-sex marriage and transgender rights.
