This document was provided by a member of the FBI's office during the Barack Obama administration, it described a $5 million criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national in exchange for influence over policy decisions.

Recently, the FBI made a concession when decided to allow all members of the House Oversight Committee to review subpoena documents alleging President Biden was involved in a criminal bribery plot from when he was vice president under Obama. Even though this document is unclassified, FBI director Christopher Wray has been holding onto this with like both hands not wanting to give it to Congress, and now he turn it out. He set up a meeting with Senator Grassley and Representative Comer to show them the document in a private setting, but that still does not fulfill The subpoena The subpoena is for the document to be read by the pertinent members of Congress and possibly shown to the American people at that point.
