Russia is seeing more explosions and attacks, with one of the latest strikes burning down a refinery near occupied Crimea. The world's largest aircraft carrier, USS Gerald R. Ford, paid its first visit to a foreign port in Oslo on Wednesday. The USS Gerald R. Ford is nuclear-powered. The carrier will participate in NATO’s Baltops naval drills. TVP World invited Sergei Sumlenny, an expert on Eastern Europe, to discuss the ramifications of the first Baltops drills after Finland joined the alliance.
