WhY aRE CaR ToP sPEEDs MUCH HigHER ThAN sPEED LiMiTS?

Why Cars Are Made to Go Faster Than Legal Limits? Why do cars have 200MPH Top Speeds if they can't even go past 80MPH Speed Limits? The answer is because, I bought the whole speedometer, so I'm going to use the whole speedometer...err I mean.

Just because a car can go 200MPH, doesn't mean it needs to 24/7.  Most Cars with high top speeds are geared in a way so their transmission and engine aren't redlining 24/7 and stressing their internals and causing premature wear.  Sugon Deez Nutz Infographics Show, wasted 53 seconds to say the same shiiiiiiiii I say in the first 10 seconds. I don't talk down to my viewers, American or otherwise, I trust y'all to grasp concepts within 10 seconds if I simplify it enough. I'm a good teacher and y'all are great learners!
