Outrage and concern grow after train derails in Ohio

Twelve days since the fiery derailment of a train carrying hazardous material in Ohio, residents worry about what is still in the air, soil and water. Officials confirm 3,500 fish have died in local waters in the days after the derailment. NBC’s Ron Allen reports for TODAY.
