There is so much uncertainty right now around the eviction crisis, unemployment insurance boosts like the $600/week, that this is a guide to help both parties get through this crisis.
Remember, the best scenario is that both tenant and landlord walk away from this situation without owing debt to each other. Ultimately, a landlord gets hurt in the short-term, but tenants get hurt worse in the longterm. Both parties are incentivized to negotiate.
